He holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and has trained as a professional mediator at both Harvard Law School and the London School of Mediation. He has also undergone further training in negotiation and conflict resolution at the University of Cape Town and CSR from prestigious institutions such as Yale University and Stanford University School of Medicine.
